Asking Maggie to find something you own

You do not need to remember a file name. Describe the thing the way you would to a colleague:

• "Find my latest image of the acme lockup"
• "Find the latest images and audio files I made"
• "Find the project about financial reporting"

Maggie searches what your organisation owns — files, tasks, projects, emails, conversations, contacts and knowledge — and shows the candidates as a gallery in the conversation, grouped by kind (for example Images (3) and Audio (1)). Each tile shows a preview, the name, who owns it and when it was made. Pick one or several and choose Use this one; the pick is added to your next message as a reference, so "@acme-primary-lockup-128.png change it to a nice red" runs against exactly the file you chose. Dismiss closes the gallery and nothing is referenced.

If nothing matches, Maggie says so and offers to widen the search — she will not quietly substitute the most recent item. A short line under the gallery tells you how much of your library search can currently see by description, so an empty result is never a mystery.
