Reviewing suggested contacts¶
Reviewing suggested contacts¶
Magieva quarantines contacts it is not confident about instead of adding them to your CRM automatically. They wait in the review queue until you decide.
Real queues get large — it is normal to have thousands waiting, and most of them will share a handful of reasons, like "bulk recipient" or "automated sender". The queue shows you the total number waiting and a breakdown by reason, so you always know how much is actually there rather than just how much fits on screen.
You can work the queue two ways:
- One at a time — approve or reject individual suggestions.
- A whole reason at once — reject everything quarantined for the same reason in one action. This is the fastest way to clear the bulk of a large queue.
Before any bulk action, Magieva tells you exactly how many records it is about to affect and asks you to confirm.
Rejecting is reversible. A rejected suggestion is set aside, not deleted, so a mistake can be undone. Approving is different — it creates real contacts — so approving is deliberately limited to suggestions you have specifically selected, never a whole reason at once.
If you ask Maggie to clear part of the queue for you, she will tell you the count before acting.
